For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Regulatory Requirements" refers to all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and guidelines issued by PAGCOR and any other competent Philippine gaming authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations serving Philippine residents.

By accessing the bybet platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with bybet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and bybet in relation to your use of the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bybet platform and close your account.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards made available through bybet are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise in writing:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Specific wagering multipliers and eligible games will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• bybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured at the time of cancellation.
• bybet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds credited to a bybet account do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cashed out in any form that does not comply with the stated wagering requirements.
• Players may be required to opt in to specific promotions. Eligibility is assessed at bybet's sole discretion.

All games available on the bybet platform are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game environment. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules. General gaming conditions include:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. bybet cannot reverse, cancel, or modify a placed wager after the game round has commenced, except where bybet determines at its sole discretion that a technical malfunction has materially affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or game error that prevents the completion of a wager, bybet's records shall be used to determine the appropriate resolution. bybet's decision in this respect is final and binding.
• Payouts for all RNG (random number generator) games are calculated according to the published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of dealer actions (dealing cards, spinning wheels) under camera and are not subject to software-based manipulation.
• bybet does not guarantee that any player will generate a profit from use of the platform. All gaming on bybet involves financial risk, and players may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bybet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of the platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through proxies or third parties;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Depositing funds derived from any illegal source, including proceeds of crime;
• Colluding with other players or with any person for the purpose of defrauding bybet or other players;
• Use of any automated betting software, bot, artificial intelligence, script, or other mechanical tool to interact with bybet games or markets without express written authorization from bybet;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in any game for financial gain;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the bybet platform or its underlying software;
• Any form of money laundering activity, including the use of bybet accounts to structure, conceal, or move proceeds of crime.

All content on the bybet platform — including but not limited to the bybet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game titles, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bybet or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

No player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any bybet intellectual property without the prior express written consent of bybet. Unauthorized use of bybet intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

bybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and applicable Philippine regulatory requirements. bybet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to control their total spending on bybet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration limits that automatically log the player out of bybet upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot deposit or play on bybet.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from bybet. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration. bybet will implement self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.

bybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Discovery that the account holder is a restricted person as defined in Section 3.3 of these Terms;
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, bybet may withhold any balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, bybet may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bybet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the bybet platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a player's use of or inability to use the bybet platform, even where bybet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bybet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. bybet shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, or events beyond bybet's reasonable control.

bybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on bybet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bybet implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect player data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption of all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, access controls, and regular security auditing. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the bybet platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the currently effective Terms.
